Quotes and scope
Pricing and timing depend on the written scope, site conditions, access, selected materials, permit requirements, and other stated assumptions. Quotes remain valid for the period shown and may be revised if conditions or requested work change.
Scheduling
Scheduling is confirmed only after required approvals, documents, and payments are received. Weather, inspections, material availability, concealed conditions, owner changes, and events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Payment
Payment schedules are stated in the approved project agreement. Card payments may be processed through Square. Customers authorize only the specific charges presented through the approved payment request. Late or failed payments may pause scheduling or work where permitted by law and the agreement.
Changes and site conditions
Changes to materials, quantities, access, sequencing, or requested work may require a written change order. Concealed damage or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work may affect scope, pricing, and timing.
Project-specific terms
The signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website conditions. Licensing, warranties, cancellation rights, dispute terms, and other required provisions may vary by location and service.
